Oil Seal and Needle Bearing
1. Pry the oil seal (1) off with a screwdriver.
2. Remove the needle bearings (2), (3).
NOTE
• Take care not to damage the center section.
(When reassembling)
• Replace the oil seal with a new one.

Cylinder Block Assembly and Thrust Ball Bearing
1. Lay the housing on its side.
2. Slide out the cylinder bloke assembly (pump) (1).
3. Slide out the cylinder block assembly (motor) (3) with the motor
shaft (2).
4. Remove the thrust ball bearing.
NOTE
• Take care not to damage the surface of the cylinder blocks.
(When reassembling)
• Apply clean fluid to the surface of cylinder block.
• After installing the cylinder block assembly, check it to rotate
lightly.
