This is the Fibre Channel ID of this port. If the connectivity unit is a switch, this is expected to be a Big
Endian value of 24-bits. If this is loop, then it is the AL_PA that is connected. If this is an E_Port, then it only
contains the domain ID. If not any of those, is unknown, or is or cascaded loop, returns all bits set to 1.
