Saving documents in external memory

The following outlines are steps for saving documents in external memory.
The setting for saving documents into the External Memory has been turned off (no saving available) at the
time of shipment. And when a setting is made for user authentication, the setting is also turned off (no saving
available) with the function settings by the user.
When documents are saved into the External Memory, be sure to change the setting through the
administrator setting so that documents can be saved.
Connect an external memory to the machine, and then
press the [User Box] key.
Touch [Save Document].
Touch the System User Box tab, select [External Memo-
ry], and then touch [OK].
