Encrypted PDF Delete Time

A setting is made to decide whether or not the encrypted PDF files that have been saved is automatically
deleted. To delete them automatically, select the delete time.

Select the delete time from "1 day", "2 days", "3 days", "7 days", "30 days" or enter the time (00:05 -
12:00).
ID & Print Delete Time
A setting is made to decide whether or not the document files that have been saved in ID & Print User Box is
automatically deleted. To delete them automatically, select the delete time.

Document Hold Setting

Specify to retain or to delete documents automatically when they are transmitted or printed.
- To retain (not to delete) documents after they are printed or transmitted, touch [ON].
- To delete documents when they are printed or transmitted, touch [OFF].
