WinAssist.

are not installed on the
computer.
TCP/IP is installed on the
computer, but its IP address
is not set correctly.

What to do
Check the setting of the HUB or the
switch. Remove the print server from the
printer, and change the jumper on the
board. Be sure to see "Setting the
Interface Mode" on page 238 for
changing the interface mode by moving
the jumper.

Uninstall EpsonNet WinAssist and then
reinstall it. See "Uninstalling Software"
on page 249 and "Installing EpsonNet
WinAssist/MacAssist" on page 34.
What to do
Install the TCP/IP or IPX/SPX protocol.
Set a correct IP address for the computer.
