Description
Dispenses a specified amount of fluid into the wells
after aspirating the contents of the wells (i.e.
wherever a DISPENSE step is added to a protocol,
the OPSYS MW will automatically aspirate the
wells before dispensing more fluid in order to
prevent a well overflow). If a bottom wash is
specified, the wash head is then lowered to the
bottom wash position so that fluid will be aspirated
from the bottom of the wells while fluid is being
dispensed.
The contents of the wells are allowed to equilibrate
for the specified number of seconds.
The wells are filled with a specified amount of fluid.
Note: The dispense height
for a particular plate type is
specified during system
configuration (page 30).
