4 Retrieving Documents
Box Select menu:
- Device Discovery — Click this menu to add a new connection to this equipment in your
network for the TWAIN driver and File Downloader.

- Select OKI — Click this menu to change the target device when retrieving e-Filing docu-
ments.

Help
- Help — Click this menu to display Online Help.
- About — Click this menu to display the version information.
2) Tool Bar
The tool bar displays icons for performing "Delete", "Properties", "List", "Details", "Thumb-
nail", "Refresh", "Device Discovery", and "Select OKI".
3) Tree window
This displays the boxes, folders, and documents in tree view.
4) Contents windows
This displays the contents such as folders, documents, and pages of the object you select in
the tree window.
5) Shrink to Half/Automatic Downloading
This displays whether the Shrink to Half and Automatic Downloading functions are enabled
or disabled. The "Automatic Downloading" will be displayed only in the File Downloader.
6) [Acquire]/[Save As]
Click this to import the selected document or pages into the TWAIN compliant application, or
save the selected document or pages as a file. The [Acquire] button is displayed in the
TWAIN driver, and the [Save As] button is displayed in the File Downloader.
7) [Delete]
Click this to delete the selected documents or pages.
8) [Close]
Click this to exit the TWAIN driver or File Downloader.
9) Status Bar
This displays the communication status, number of pages or the document that you selected,
and the IP address of the equipment to be connected.
