27.1 Viewing the Documents List

You can view a list of all of your documents. The list provides general information about each
document, such as its name, file type, upload date, and whether or not it is associated with a licensed
product, contract, or purchase summary record.

1 In ZENworks
Control Center, click the Asset Management tab.
2 Click the Documents tab.
The list provides the following information for each document:
Document ID: The identification number given to the document. You can click the document
ID to display the document's details.
File Name: The document's filename.
File Type: The document's file extension.
File Size (KB): The document's file size in kilobytes.
As-Of Date: The document's last edit date provided during the document upload.
Description: Any description text provided during the document upload.
Attached: Includes a check mark if the document is associated with a licensed product,
contract, or purchase summary record.
Local Path: The document's local path.
Source Location: The document's source location provided during the document upload.
Date Uploaded: The date the document was uploaded.
