Without Any Products: Match licensed products that don't have any catalog products and
discovered products.
With Catalog and Discovered Products: Match licensed products that have both catalog
products and discovered products.
Allocation Status: Select whether to match licensed products with allocations, without
allocations, or both.
Compliance Status: Select one of the following to match:
Any: Ignore the compliance status. Match any licensed products.
Over: Match licensed products that are overlicensed; there are more licenses than
installations.
Under: Match licensed products that are underlicensed; there are more installations than
licenses.
Properly Licensed: Match licensed products that have the same number of licenses and
installations.
Not Evaluated: Match licensed products whose compliance status has not been calculated
yet.
Evaluated: Match licensed products whose compliance status is calculated (overlicensed,
underlicensed, or properly licensed).
Include Subfolders: Select this option to search the current folder and its subfolders.
4 Click Search to apply the search criteria and filter the list.

6.3 Creating a Licensed Product Folder

You can create folders in the Licensed Products list to better organize your licensed products. All
folders are displayed at the top of the list.
1 In ZENworks Control Center, click Asset Management > License Management > Licensed
Products.
2 In the Licensed Products panel, click New > Folder to display the New Folder dialog box.
3 Fill in the following fields:
Name: Specify a name for the folder. The name must be unique among all other folders and
licensed products at the same level.
Folder: Browse for and select the folder in which to place the new folder.
Description: Specify any optional information to identify the folder.
4 Click OK to create the folder.

6.4 Refreshing Compliance Status

A licensed product's compliance status can change if new installations are discovered or new
licenses are purchased. The following sections explain when automatic refreshes occur, how to
manually trigger a refresh, and how to find out when the last scheduled refresh occurred.
