Undoing composition settings
If you make a mistake in your composition settings after you have closed the Composition
Settings window, you can now undo them. To undo the composition settings immediately
after you've closed the settings window, choose Edit > Undo Composition Settings. If you
must perform multiple undos, continue choosing Edit > Undo to cycle through all of your
previous actions, and then choose Undo Composition Settings.
Note: When you perform multiple undos, the maximum number is the number that you
have set in Preferences. To check or change your available undo levels, choose Edit >
Preferences > General.
Setting view options
Manage the combination of layer handles, motion paths, wireframes, and so forth that you
see in the Composition window from within the View Options dialog box. Access this
dialog box either from the Composition window or View menus or by Alt-clicking
(Windows) or Option-clicking (Mac OS) the Layer Wireframes button
the Composition window. In the View Options dialog box, select, deselect, or choose the
particular element you want to be visible; in the case of the Camera and Light wireframes,
you can also choose that they become visible only when they are selected.
For more information on the other View Options settings, see the corresponding option in
the After Effects 5.0 User Guide.
You can also choose a command from the application menu bar to hide or show all the
layer controls simultaneously. To do this, choose View > Hide/Show Layer Controls.
