Data cannot be transmitted to a computer

Probable cause 1:
Possible solution:

Connect the computer to the QC-300 using an RS-232 serial cable that
does not include crossed transmit and receive wires. The correct cable can be ordered
from Metronics by specifying part number 11B12176.

Correct the RS-232 port settings to match the computer's serial port settings in the
Port setup screen.

Correct the control characters to reflect the requirements of the receiving software in
