Attach the Shoulder to the Upper Pole Note: The Lever has a ratcheting feature which allows it to be used in tight spaces. To reposition the Lever, without engaging the clamping mechanism, pull it away from the Shoulder and rotate it to the desired position. Once released, the Lever can be used, as before, to tighten or loosen the clamping mechanism. -
