STEP 1 THE HARDWARE FOR ASSEMBLY HAS BEEN SEPARATED FOR EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS. THE BAGS ARE MARKED WITH THE STEP NUMBER. THE LOCK NUTS USED FOR ASSEMBLY HAVE AN INTERNAL NYLON SLEEVE THAT PREVENTS IT FROM LOOSENING OVER TIME. YOU MUST USE WRENCHES TO TIGHTEN THE NUTS DOWN PAST THIS NYLON SLEEVE.

TIGHTEN BY HAND THEN INSTALL LOWER CROSSMEMBER THROUGH THE BOTTOM HOLES OF THE UPRIGHTS.

INSTALL LOWER CROSSMEMBERS TO THE REAR UPRIGHTS AND TRIANGLE FLANGES USING (II) M12 x 100MM BOLTS, M12 WASHERS, AND M12 NUTS.

STEP 5 LETTER DESCRIPTION QUANTITY GUIDE BAR M8 x 95MM HEX BOLT M8 WASHER M8 LOCK NUT LINEAR BEARING INSTALL LEFT GUIDE BAR WITH (1) M8 x 95MM HEX BOLT (PP), M8 WASHER (WW), AND M8 LOCK NUT (ZZ) IN UPPER LEFT HOLE. DO NOT TIGHTEN AT THIS TIME. THE WASHER WILL GO BETWEEN THE LOCKNUT AND THE FRAME RAIL.
STEP 6 THIS STEP REQUIRES 2 PEOPLE LETTER DESCRIPTION QUANTITY CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY M8 x 65MM HEX BOLT M8 WASHER INSTALL SAFETY CATCHES. THEN REST THE CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY ON THE CATCHES. MOVE THE LINEAR BEARINGS INTO POSITION INSTALL CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY TO LINEAR BEARINGS USING M8 x 65MM BOLTS AND M8 WASHERS. YOU MUST USE THE PULL PIN ON THE CARRIAGE TO FLIP THE FOOT PLATE TO ACCESS THE BOLT HOLES.
