    FRAME ASSEMBLY (NOTE: THE NUTS USED ON THIS RACK ARE LOCK NUTS, THIS MEANS YOU MUST TIGHTEN THEM DOWN PAST THE PLASTIC INSERT.) TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY ADJUSTABLE WRENCHES OR METRIC SOCKET SET INSTALL REAR UPRIGHTS (A) ONTO THE LEFT & RIGHT BOTTOM FRAME SUP- PORTS (B) USING THE M12 x 76MM BOLTS (P), MOUNTING FLANGES (U), M12 WASHERS (Q), AND M12 LOCK NUTS (S).
  • Page 5 SPOTTER & BAR CATCH ASSEMBLY Make sure window is facing inward INSTALL THE REAR SPOTTER BARS (I) ONTO THE REAR UPRIGHTS. MAKE SURE THAT THE CIRCULAR WINDOW IS FACING INWARD. LOWER TO THE HIGHEST HOLE POSITION AND LOCK INTO PLACE WITH THE LOCK PIN.
  • Page 6 SPOTTER BAR INSTALLATION INSTALL THE FRONT SPOTTER BAR (D) ON TO THE FRONT UPRIGHT (A). LOWER TO THE HIGHEST HOLE POSITION AND LOCK INTO PLACE WITH THE LOCK PIN. REPEAT FOR THE OPPOSITE SIDE.
  • Page 7 SPOTTER BAR INSTALLATION SLIDE THE FRONT SPOTTER BAR INTO THE REAR SPOTTER. INSTALL THE FRONT UPRIGHT TO THE BOTTOM FRAME USING THE M12 x 75MM BOLTS (P), M12 WASH- ERS (Q), MOUNTING FLANGE (U), AND M12 NUTS (S). REPEAT FOR OPPOSITE SIDE.
  • Page 8 BAR CATCH INSTALLATION INSTALL THE REAR BAR CATCHES (J), AND LH & RH FRONT BAR CATCHES (K) AND LOCK INTO PLACE WITH PULL-PINS.
  • Page 9 FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTALL THE LEFT AND RIGHT TOP FRAME SUPPORTS (C), TO THE FRONT UPRIGHTS USING THE M12 x 75MM BOLTS (P), M12 WASHERS (Q), MOUNTING FLANGES (U), AND M12 NUTS (S). DO NOT BOLT TO THE REAR UPRIGHTS AT THIS TIME.
  • Page 10 FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTALL THE CHIN-UP BAR ASSEMBLY (G), BETWEEN THE TOP FRAME SUPPORTS USING THE M12 x 75MM BOLTS (P), M12 WASHERS (Q), MOUNTING FLANGES (U), AND M12 NUTS (S). INSTALL THE UPPER CROSSMEMBER (F), BETWEEN THE REAR UPRIGHTS USING THE M12 x 75MM BOLTS (P), M12 WASHERS (Q), AND M12 NUTS (S).
  • Page 11 CHIN-UP BAR ASSEMBLY INSTALL THE CHIN-UP BAR (H) INTO THE CHIN-UP BAR ASSEMBLY USING THE M12 x 75MM BOLTS (P), AND M12 WASHERS (Q). ADJUSTING THE WEIGHT HOLDERS: RAISE AND LOWER THE WEIGHT HOLDERS BY TURNING THE KNOB TO LOOSEN, THEN USE THE PULL PIN TO MAKE THE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT. MAKE SURE THE PULL PIN IS SECURE IN THE ADJUSTMENT HOLE THEN TURN THE KNOB TO TIGHTEN BEFORE USE.

INSTALL THE FRONT SUPPORT TUBE (J) TO THE BOTTOM SUPPORT (B) ALIGNING HOLES IN FLANGE WITH PIN AND THREADED STUD.
  • Page 21 LOWER PULLEY ASSEMBLY INSTALL THE 3 1/2” PULLEYS (P) INTO THE FRAME USING THE M10 x 45MM BOLTS (Z), THE M10 FLAT WASHERS (HH), AND THE M10 LOCKNUTS(II).

    TOP FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTALL THE 3-1/2” PULLEYS (P) INTO THE TOP FRAME (A) USING THE PULLEY BUSHINGS (V), THE M10 x 70MM BOLTS (Y), AND THE M10 LOCK NUTS (II). NOW INSERT THE 2” x 3” CAP (U) INTO THE END OF THE TOP FRAME (A).
  • Page 23 FRAME ASSEMBLY ATTACH THE FRONT OF THE TOP FRAME ASSEMBLY TO THE POWER RACK OR SMITH MACHINE WITH M10 x 75MM BOLTS (X), M10 WASHERS (HH), 4” FLANGE (DD), AND LOCKNUTS (II). HAND TIGHTEN ONLY DO NOT BOLT IN THE REAR SECTION OF THE TOP FRAME ASSEMBLY AT THIS TIME.
  • Page 24 LOWER WEIGHT FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTALL THE RUBBER SHOES (N) 0NTO THE BOTTOM SUPPORT(E). ATTACH THE BOTTOM SUPPORT (E) TO THE FRAME ASSEMBLY USING THE M10 x 70MM BOLTS (X) THE M10 FLAT WASHERS (HH) AND THE M10 LOCK NUTS (II).

    WEIGHT STACK ASSEMBLY INSET A (SEE INSET A) INSTALL WEIGHT STACK CONNECTOR (FF) TO WEIGHT SELECTOR ROD (L) BY SCREWING IN THREADED PORTION UNTIL TIGHT. INSTALL THE RUBBER DOUGHNUTS (R) ONTO THE BOTTOM OF THE CHROME RODS (M) , LEAVING APPROXIMATELY 2” PROTRUDING. INSERT THE CHROME RODS INTO THE TWO OUTER HOLES IN THE BOTTOM SUPPORT.
  • Page 26 UPPER PULLEY ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION REMOVE THE M12 NUTS (CC), AND M12 WASHERS (BB) THAT HOLD THE UPPER PULLEY FRAME ASSEMBLY TO THE BODY. INSTALL THE UPPER PULLEY ASSEMBLY (D) TO THE LAT ATTACHMENT USING M10 x 70MM BOLTS (X), M10 WASHERS (HH), AND M10 LOCKNUTS (II). ATTACH THE UPPER PULLEY ASSEMBLY (E) TO THE CHROME RODS USING 3/8”...

    FLOATING PULLEY ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLE THE FLOATING PULLEY ASSEMBLY BY USING 4-1/2” PULLEYS (O), FLANGES (DD), M10 x 45MMBOLTS (Z), M10 WASHERS (BB), AND M10 LOCKNUTS (CC).
  • Page 28 UPPER CABLE INSTALLATION UPPER PULLEY FRAME REMOVED FOR CLARITY NOTE: UPPER CABLE IS SHORTER THAN THE BOTTOM CABLE FLOATING PULLEY ASSEMBLY INSTALL UPPER CABLE OVER FRONT PULLEY, BACK TO REAR PULLEY, DOWN TO TOP PULLEY OF FLOATING PULLEY ASSEMBLY, UP TO STACK ASSEMBLY PULLEY AND DOWN TO SELECTOR ROD ASSEMBLY.
  • Page 29 LOWER CABLE INSTALLATION INSTALL LOWER CABLE UNDER FRONT PULLEY AND BACK TO REAR PULLEY. CONTINUE UP AND OVER LOWER PULLEY OF FLOATING PULLEY ASSEMBLY. ATTACH SNAP HOOK TO END OF CABLE AND THEN TO CONNECTING CHAIN. ATTACH SNAP HOOK TO THE OTHER END OF THE CHAIN AND THEN TO FRAME POLE BRACKET.
