8. Make certain that the cutter is clear of the workpiece and turn the motor "ON" by pressing the motor START switch. 9. Feed the Hougen Cutter slowly into the workpiece. Only after a cutting path is established to a depth of about 1/16" can the full force be applied to the feed handles. -
