1. Make sure, that the latest VCI driver is installed.

6. Start the Ixxat CAN-Gateway Conguraor.
7. Open menu Scan and select All Ixxat devices.
• Connected devices and rmware version of the devices are shown.
8. Select the type of CANbridge NT in use in drop-down list Select device type (2).
9. Select the rmware version of the device in drop-down list Select device version (3).
10. Select the desired operaonal mode for the device in use in drop-down list Select operaonal mode (4).
11. Select the device in combo box Target device (11).
12. Click buon Connect (12) to connect the selected device.
• If device is connected, STS (1) is green ashing.
• Inormaon about the target device is shown (1).
13. To create a new project le, click buon New (5).
14. To change the current conguraon of the device, click buon Read from (14) and safe the conguraon.
15. Congure the device in the desired mode (see
Conguraon, p. 14).
