  • Page 4 Remember to take care when unpacking. Please keep your workspace clean, clear, and tidy when working. This will help keep all items safe from damage. Any waste cardboard or plastic should be flattened down and placed in the trash can. A minimum of two people will be needed to lift the cabinet.
  • Page 5 Inserting the wooden dowels Place 10x wooden dowels into the holes in the back of the fixed shelves and the top panel, as shown. Sliding in the back panel Slide the back panel into the groove of the end panel. At the same time, insert the wooden dowels from the fixed shelves and the top panel into the corresponding holes in the back panel.
  • Page 6 Securing the back panel Using 15x1 1/3” screws, secure the back panel to the fixed shelves and top panel. Inserting the cam and wooden dowels Place cams (blue) and wooden (orange) dowels into holes in the right end panel. Use the diagram to locate the dowel positions in the end panel.
  • Page 7 Attaching the end panel (RH) Attach the end panel (RH) to the fixed shelves and the top panel using the cam dowels (blue) and wooden dowels (orange) in the positions shown. Inserting the cam locks Insert the cam locks into the cam holes on the underside of the shelves, closest to the right end panel, as shown in the diagram.

  • Page 9 Securing the L-brackets Secure each of the L-brackets to the rear of the cabinet using 2x5/8” screws at each side. Lifting the cabinet into place When lifting the cabinet into place do not tilt as this can damage the cabinet. Place the cabinet against the wall and align it with the wall markings that will have been drawn during the room preparation stage.

  • Page 12 70/30 1 door 50/50 Inserting the hinges Insert the hinges into the hinge holes provided, in accordance with the customer specific kitchen plan. Secure the hinges with the 2x screws already located in the hinges. Attaching the frontal and plinth Align the doors to join together using 2x fixing plates to the back of both frontals.
  • Page 13 Attaching the frontal The frontal should be re-attached to the cabinet by clipping the hinges onto the hinge plates. The bar of the hinge needs to be positioned into the hooks on the hinge plate. Then the rear of the hinge pushed to the hinge plate until it clicks.
  • Page 14 Adjusting the hinge To adjust the hinges, use a screwdriver as required at points 1 and 2. Point 1 -Will adjust the frontals left and right. Point 2 - Will adjust the frontals in and out. To move the hinges up or down, loosen the screws A and B.
