Remember to take care when unpacking. Please keep your workspace clean, clear and tidy when working. This will help keep all items safe from any damage. Any un-needed cardboard or plastic should be flattened down and placed in the bin. A minimum of two people will be needed to lift the unit.

Inserting the wooden dowels into position Using the provided adhesive, fill the holes marked blue on the side panels approximately 3/4 full and place the 18x wooden dowels into the holes highlighted in the diagram. Using a mallet, gently tap the wooden dowels into the holes.

Attaching the side panels Fix the other side panel onto the the top panel and the two rails, as shown in the images. Inserting the cam locks Insert the cam lock and hand tighten; this will expand the cam dowels and tighten the unit together.

Lifting the unit into place When lifting the unit into place do not tilt as this can damage the legs. Place the unit against the wall and align it with the wall markings that will have been drawn during the room preparation stage. Use a spirit level to ensure the unit is level from front to back, left to right, and diagonally.

Attaching the shelf Measure from the top panel to the bottom of the shelf, and cut the back panel to size. Secure the back panel to the back of the top paneland the loose shelf using 3x30mm screws per shelf. Ensure you screw into the centre of the top panel and the shelf.

No screws are provided for attaching the unit to the floor. This is due to variations in floorconstruction. Ensure there are no services, such as under-floor heating, located where the screws are positioned. Refer to the flooring guide when screwing into a floating floor e.g. Laminate or timber. 70/30 1 door 50/50 Fixing the hinges Insert the hinges into the hinge holes provided, in accordance with the customer specific kitchen plan. Secure the hinges with the 2x screws already located in the hinges. Adding the plinth Align the doors to join together using 2x fixing plates to the back of both frontals.

Adding the door buffers Position 1x door buffer at the top and bottom corners of the carcase, as illustrated in the image. Adjusting the hinge To adjust the hinges, use a screwdriver as required at points 1 and 2. Point 1 -Will adjust the frontals left and right. Point 2 - Will adjust the frontals in and out.

Cleaning the unit Finally, the unit should be thoroughly cleaned to remove any debris that may have accumulated during the installation. Store the plinth clips and the remaining 15mm screws. These will be used later when attaching the plinth. Page 16...
