Always have a fire extinguisher ready to extinguish a fire. Never leave the machine running unattended. If necessary for visibility, apply safety markings to adjusting wrenches and keys. 2. Install safety guards consistent with general shop safety practices. Ensure that all power cords are protected from traffic, moisture, chemicals, or other hazards.
