Transportation after unpacking, please use heavy duty fiber belt to lift up the machine. Always keep proper footing and balance while moving this machine.

The material size and shape dictate tooth selection.

Select the tooth pitch on the ring marked with the tubing and structural shape which aligns with the average width you are cutting.

Raise the saw so that the blade is 1” above the fixed vise. 3. Open bow cover (B) (C) (D) remove the tooth cover (E) and remove the steel brush wheel (F) that is in contact with the bandsaw.

Make sure that the moving wheels of the machine are fixed, and the machine will not move. 2. Close the on-off valve of the hydraulic cylinder and put the bow on the table with the handle (A), so that the saw belt is raised to an angle of about 40 degrees with the table.

Lift the saw bow after completion, as shown in Fig.4, loosen the rotating seat mechanism, adjust the saw belt and fix the vise surface at a 90-degree angle, and use the zero-point fixing frame screws to perform zero adjustment.
