The integrated alarm signal (ALM) will be output when turning ON the power supply if this
switch is set to ON. In this case, the alarm cannot be cleared even though the converter
power supply is restarted.

Sets the resolution per pulse.

(Only settable for the up/down
pulse)
Sets the switch if the integrated
alarm signal is output when the
power supply turns ON.
Sets the pulse output when the
sensor travels to the sensor
data increase direction which is

dimensions.
