Assembling your TV stand Tip: Assemble your TV stand on a carpeted floor or the empty TV stand carton to avoid scratching it. Note: Do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all of the parts. After assembly, go back and fully tighten all bolts.

STEP 3: Installing the reinforcement tubes onto the shelves You need: C Media shelf (1) I Large adjustable shelf (1) M Reinforcement tube (2) X Pan head screw Phillips screwdriver M3.5 x 27 mm (8) • Using the pilot holes as a guide, fasten one reinforcement tube (M) to the bottom of each shelf (C and I) with four M3.5 x 27 mm pan head screws (X).

STEP 9: Assembling the side panels and the top panel You need: D Left side panel (1) F Right side panel (1) V Cam lock (4) Phillips screwdriver • Align and attach the assembled side panels (D and F) to the top panel (A) by engaging and tightening four cam locks (V).

STEP 11: Installing the bottom panel on the unit You need: B bottom panel (1) Y M4 x 50 mm pan head Phillips screwdriver screw (8) • Align and attach the bottom panel (B) to the assembled vertical partitions and panels (D, E, F, and G) with eight M4 x 50 mm pan head screws (Y).

STEP 13: Attaching the metal base to the bottom panel You need: EE Bolt 1/4” x 32 mm (10) FF Lock washer (10) GG Flat washer (10) MM Hex wrench (1) • Align and attach the assembled base to the bottom panel (B) of the unit with ten 1/4” x 32 mm bolts (EE), ten lock washers (FF), and ten flat washers (GG).

TV Stand with Gaming Nook STEP 14: Fastening the back panel to the media shelf and partitions You need: Phillips screwdriver W M3.5 x 15 mm washer head screw (7) • Insert seven M3.5 x 15 mm washer head screws (W) through the mounting holes in the back panel (L) and into the media shelf (C) and partition panels (E and G), using a Phillips screwdriver.

STEP 15: Fastening the back panel to the assembled unit You need: AA Plastic holders (10) BB M3 x 17 mm screw (10) Phillips screwdriver 1 Insert ten plastic holders (AA) evenly into the gaps between the back panel (L) and the other panels (A, B, D, and F) as shown.

STEP 17: Installing the door hinges You need: II M3.5 x 15 mm flat head screw (16) Phillips screwdriver S Door hinges (4) 1 Using the pilot holes as a guide, align and attach one hinge base (S) onto the left partition (E). Insert two M3.5 x 15 mm flat head screws (II) through the center of the oval holes and move the hinge arm to the position you want, then fasten the hinge (S) into place with the Phillips screwdriver.
70 in. TV Stand with Gaming Nook STEP 18: Installing the door handles You need: Phillips screwdriver HH 22 mm Handle bolt (4) R Handle (2) K Door (2) • Attach one handle (R) to the front side of each door (K) with two 22 mm handle bolts (HH). Tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.
STEP 19: Installing the doors You need: II M3.5 x 15 mm flat head screw (8) Phillips screwdriver 1 Pick up one door (K) and fit it to the cups on the hinge arm (S) installed on the left partition (E). Use a Phillips screwdriver to fasten the two hinge cups to the door (K) with four M3.5 x 15 mm flat head screws (II).

TV Stand with Gaming Nook STEP 20: Installing the cam lock covers and rubber door bumpers You need: Z Cam lock covers (18 ) JJ Rubber door bumper (2) 1 Plug the cam lock covers (Z) onto the visible cam locks, to conceal the cams. 2 Affix two rubber bumpers (JJ) on the front edge of the media shelf (C) where the doors (K) make contact.

STEP 21: Attaching the stopper to the top panel You need: KK Acrylic stopper (2) Pliers If you place your TV on top of your TV stand, you must follow these instructions to prevent your TV from tipping. Otherwise, skip to STEP 22: Positioning the TV stand and installing the tipping restraints on page 29. If your TV has one leg 1 Remove the paper backing from the bottom of the stopper (KK), then place it in the stopper cut-out of the template on the top panel (A).

TV Stand with Gaming Nook STEP 22: Positioning the TV stand and installing the tipping restraints You need: Edge-to-edge stud finder PP Tipping restraint (2) Phillips screwdriver 1/8” drill bit Power drill 1 Position the assembled TV stand against the wall where you plan to use it. 2 Adjust the leveling feet to level the TV stand.
Maintaining your TV stand Wood/Laminate • Use your favorite type of furniture polish. • Do not spray polish directly onto the TV stand. Spray onto a soft cloth, then wipe the TV stand. • Always test any polish in a discrete location first, such as the back of the TV stand, to make sure that there is no adverse reaction.
During the Warranty Period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the Product is determined to be defective by an authorized Insignia repair center or store personnel, Insignia will (at its sole option): (1) repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts; or (2) replace the Product at no charge with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts.
