Do not look directly at the recoat assembly while the recoat lamps are on. The recoat lamps emit
ultraviolet radiation, which can cause damage to the eyes. The mold must be closed during recoat

The volume of recoat material in microliters (µl)
injected into the mold.
The speed at which recoat material is injected into
the mold in microliters per second (µl/sec). A rate of
0.2 µl/sec usually works well when recoating fibers.
The maximum inject rate is 1.8 µl/sec. This high rate
of injection should only be used when purging
bubbles, acrylate, or acetone from the pump (when
not recoating).
The duration of the recoat material cure (1 to 480
seconds).
The cure lamp power level expressed as a percentage
of maximum power.
The delay (in seconds) between completing material
injection and starting the cure cycle.
The tension level (in chosen units) at which the fiber will be tested.
The tension units. Can be Newton (N), Pound (lb), Gigapascal (GPA), Kilo-Pound per
Square Inch (kpsi) or Gram (g).
The fiber diameter in microns.
The amount of time in seconds the fiber is held at the target tension level.
The time over which tension is applied up to target tension level.
