TIPS FOR GETTING STARTED. • Set yourself up a building table or bench with a flat surface big enough to assemble the wing and fuselage. Preferably a table or bench with a wood surface that you can stick building pins into.

30min Epoxy. Use White glue to secure formers F8~F13. Use 30min epoxy to glue , F1~F7 in place. Work quickly apply white glue to the tops of F8~F13 and 30min epoxy to F1~F7. Place the other fuselage side in place and hold in place with rubber bands or masking tape wrapped around the fuselage in several places.

HINGING THE AILERONS. Note : The control surfaces, including the ai- lerons, elevators, and rudder, are prehinged with hinges installed, but the hinges are not glued in place. It is imperative that you prop- erly adhere the hinges in place per the steps that follow using a high-quality thin C/A glue.

Lift the model. If the tail drops when you lift, the model is “tail heavy” and you must add weight* to the nose. If the nose drops, it is “nose heavy” and you must add weight* to the tail to balance. CHALLENGER Build up kit instruction manual...
*If possible, first attempt to balance the CONTROL THROWS. model by changing the position of the re- ceiver battery and receiver. If you are un- able to obtain good balance by doing so, then it will be necessary to add weight to the nose or tail to achieve the proper balance point.
