    Thank you for choosing the CHALLENGER Build Up Kit by SG Models. The Challenger was designed with the beginner to intermediate sport flyer in mind. It is a sport air- plane which is quick to construct and easy to fly.

Place the other fuselage side in place and hold in place with rubber bands or masking tape wrapped around the fuselage in several places.

    HINGING THE AILERONS. Note : The control surfaces, including the ai- lerons, elevators, and rudder, are prehinged with hinges installed, but the hinges are not glued in place. It is imperative that you prop- erly adhere the hinges in place per the steps that follow using a high-quality thin C/A glue.

    Elevator servo. Rudder servo. Throttle servo. INSTALLING THE SWITCH. INSTALLING THE SPINNER. Install the switch into the precut hole in the side, in the fuselage. Install the spinner backplate, propeller and spinner cone. The propeller should not touch any part of the spinner cone.
