13. Collect a sample of the inhibitor to measure the pH.
a. Collect and test the sample using the instructions and materials contained in the
validation kit, P/N 013-04131-000.
Note: The target value is less than 9.
b. Log the final value.
c. If this value is greater than 9, contact PTS for guidance.
14. Collect a sample of the inhibitor to measure the molybdenum content.
a. Collect and test the sample using the instructions and materials contained in the
validation kit, P/N 013-04131-000.
Note: The target value is 90 ppm. The acceptable range is 50 ppm to 120 ppm.
b. Log the final value.
Note: A low out-of-range value may be a bacterial positive result.
c. If this value is outside of these limits, contact PTS for guidance.
15. Collect a sample of the inhibitor to measure the sodium nitrite content.
a. Collect and test the sample using the instructions and materials contained in the
validation kit, P/N 013-04131-000.
Note: The target value is 1,500 ppm. The acceptable range is 600 ppm to 2,000 ppm.
b. Log the final value.
Note: A low out-of-range value may be a bacterial positive result.
c. If this value is outside of these limits, contact PTS for guidance.
16. Remove the temporary 115 VAC power wiring.
17. Remove all lockout devices.
Result
The drive is ready for operation.
