  • Page 3 Assembling the Airplane Wing assembly needs the following accessories. Secure the CA hinges to the aileron using CA glue. Properly align the aileron with the wing and then secure with CA glue.
  • Page 4 Assemble the pushrod EZ connector on the servo arm. Assemble the wing servo plate. Glue two of the 14mm x 12mm wood blocks to the servo cover. Secure two micro servos to the wing servo plate.
  • Page 5 Install the assembled servo plate to the wing using 4 of the M2.5 x 12mm screws. Install the pushrod and control horns on the aileron and connect to the aileron servo. Apply epoxy to the wing joiner, and joint areas of the wing panels.
  • Page 6 Position the wing bolt plate on the wing, aligning the holes with those in the wing. Then secure it onto the wing with CA glue. Landing gear installation needs the following accessories. Install the two wheels on the landing gear wire. Secure using two 4mm wheel collar.
  • Page 7 Place the installed landing gear in the slots on the wing. Secure on the wing using four tabs and eight M3 x 12mm screws. Fuselage assembly requires the following parts, as numbered below. Assemble the motor mount using Part 1, Part 2 and four M3 x 16mm screws.
  • Page 8 Secure the brushless motor on the motor mount using four M3 x 12mm screws. Install the motor assembly on the front of the fuselage. Install Part 3 inside the fuselage.
  • Page 9 Assemble Part 4 and Part 5 using CA glue. Install Part 6 on the bottom of Part 5 using CA glue. Install the assembled part inside the fuselage using CA glue.
  • Page 10 Apply CA glue to the top and bottom of the part. Reinforce the motor mounting plate using four of the triangle stocks (Part 7). On the fuselage hatch, mark the position 118mm from the front.
  • Page 11 Install reinforcement plates (Part 8) on the triangle stock. Align the position of the hole with the fuselage hatch. Drill hole on the hatch so screws can pass through and meet the hole on the triangle stock. Secure the fuselage hatch using two M3 x 20mm thumb screws. Locate the opening for tail servo pushrod tube on the back of the fuselage.
  • Page 12 Pass the 4mm plastic tubing through the opening and into the fuselage. Cut excess tubing. Secure the tubing inside the fuselage bracket using CA glue. Locate the marking for wing latch on the bottom of the fuselage. Create the opening using a file.
  • Page 13 Place the wing in position on the fuselage. Drill two holes on the fuselage aligned with the two holes on the wing root. Install two M4 blind nuts on the wing mounting plate (Part 9). Install Part 9 inside the fuselage, aligned with the holes just drilled. Make sure screws through the wing root are aligned with nuts on the wing mounting plate.
  • Page 14 Secure the wing to the fuselage using two M4 x 40mm thumb screws. Secure the canopy to the fuselage using CA glue. Tail assembly needs the following accessories.
  • Page 15 Install the tail wheel on to the tail landing gear using 2mm wheel collar. Secure the CA hinges and the tail wheel assembly to the rudder using CA glue. Connect the rudder to the vertical stabilizer. Use two M2.5*15 screws to secure the tail wheel assembly to the fuselage.
  • Page 16 Secure the rudder hinges using CA glue. File away any excess fiberglass from the horizontal tail opening. Install the horizontal stabilizer and the U shaped joiner wire into the slot on the fuselage. Install four hinges on the stabilizer and secure using CA glue.
  • Page 17 Connect the elevators to the joiner wire and the CA hinges. Use CA glue to secure. Assemble the two tail pushrods with the clevis and control horns as shown below. Secure the elevator control with two m2 x 12mm screws.
  • Page 18 Secure the rudder control with two m2 x 12mm screws. Assemble the pushrod EZ connector on the servo arm. Install two standard servos inside the servo openings in the fuselage. Connect the pre-installed pushrods using EZ-connectors.
  • Page 19 Suggested CG For the first flights, the suggested center of gravity location is 80mm behind the leading edge of the wing at the wing root. Use the battery pack, moving it forward or backward, to achieve the correct balance. Suggested Control Throws For beginners we suggest control throws of 30-50% on your programmable radio for the aileron, rudder and elevator.
