FAULT / SYMPTOM
Control displays FL (filter
fault) If operation is under-
way.
The numeral 32 flashes on
display.
The numeral 99 flashes on
display.
The numeral 60 flashes on
display in Cool mode.
Supply Air flow is limited.
Water is dripping from the
front of the system
Condensate is not pump-
ing.
Chatter or hum is heard
from the control box while
the system is operating.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Appears when the time set for
filter change has elapsed.
Cooling will not turn on.
No connection of tem-

perature sensor to Mi-
croprocessor.
• Temperature Sensor
malfunctions.
Ambient room temperature
over 99 F
Ambient room temperature
under 60 F.
Supply or Return Air is
blocked or restricted.
Water below pumping level.
External line restricted.
Line has lift that is too high.
Incoming source power is
poor quality or low voltage
component is faulty.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Check condition of air filters.
Refer to Section VII, Mainte-
nance. Replace as needed.
Reset time for filter change.
Refer to Section IX, User Pa-
rameters.
Call 1-800-KWIKOOL for in-
structions.
Unit is working properly. Low-
ering of room temperature will
rectify the flashing.
Unit is working properly. Lower
temperature limits of unit have
been reached in Cool mode.
Operating temperatures are 65
- 105 F.
• Verify that Supply and Re-
turn Air are not blocked
and duct work is installed
to specification.
Remove or add duct as
•
needed.
Check air filter for block-
•
age.
Refer to Section VII, Mainte-
nance.
• Reservoir fills, and then
pumps.
• Check for line crimping or
restrictions and proper line
run height.
Refer to Section V, Built in
Safeguards.
Check for proper voltage se-
lection on 208/230 volt units.
Remove excess or undersized
power cable. Check incoming
power.
