This table provides troubleshooting advice for the most common problems. In all cases, call 1-
800-KWIKOOL (1-800-594-5665) for assistance.
FAULT / SYMPTOM
Unit displays CF (conden-
sate tank full).
Audible alarm fails to clear
on start up or while operat-
ing.
Unit Displays CP (conden-
sate pump fault).
Audible alarm is sounding
during start up or while op-
erating.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
External Water Tank is full
causing water level switch to
engage making CF appear on
display and causing audible
alarm to activate.
Condensate bypass jack or
condensate float switch jack
is not installed or not posi-
tioned correctly
Microprocessor board has de-
tected high water level in the
condensate pump.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
•
Empty External Tank (if us-
ing).
Make sure tank is upright
•
and level.
Unplug bypass plug or
•
tank plug and reinstall to
ensure good connections.
•
Resets automatically upon
fault correction.
Inspect condensate pump
•
for over flow and proper
operation.
Check condensate line for
•
a clog or crimping.
Resets automatically upon
•
fault correction.
