Instructions – 12920 Step 1 – Install Lower Stobe Light Brackets and Clamps to Rack • Using two 5/16 x 1” carriage bolts, two 5/16” flat washer, and two 5/16” lock nuts, bolt through the lower strobe light bracket and strobe light clamp to attach them to any 1” tube on the rack. -
