Instructions – 31495 Step 2 – Attach Ratchet Straps • Using 5/16”-18 x 1” hex head bolts, 5/16” flat washers, and 5/16” lock nuts, bolt ratchet strap to bracket. • Tighten. 5/16”-18 x 1” Hex Head Bolts Loading Precautions • When loading with a forklift, secure the hook on the bracket bar to keep hook from interfering when loading.
