7. PREPARATION AND CONNECTION OF THE
MACHINE
Proceed to the electrical and pneumatic connection of the
machine using the supplied hose into its electrical and pneu-
matic socket. For the electrical connection, remove the machine
socket from its holding device and connect the supply hose
socket onto it. (Fig. 6)
The machine requires a stable working pressure between 6-8
bar. As a safety measure, if the pressure drops below 4 bar or
if there is a loss of compressed air supply, the machine will
automatically shut off.
8. COLD MACHINE ADJUSTMENTS
8.1 GUIDE SUPPORT ADJUSTMENT
If you haven't done so during unpacking, assemble the guide
support A (Fig. 7) onto the bracket B and secure it with the
handle C. The height of the guide support A should be adjusted
according to the thickness of the piece to be edged D. To do
this, loosen the handle C and position the edge flush with the

top of the rod as indicated in (Fig. 7). When edging the
piece, there will be an excess of approximately 1.5 mm.
