Page 6 - Achten Sie darauf, keinen Kraftstoff auf den Motor oder den Schalldämpfer zu verschütten. - Wenn Sie Kraftstoff verschlucken, Dämpfe einatmen oder Kraftstoff in die Augen gelangt, suchen Sie sofort einen Arzt auf. Wenn Kraftstoff auf Ihre Haut oder Kleidung gelangt, waschen Sie diese sofort mit Seife und Wasser und wechseln Sie Ihre Kleidung.
Page 7 - Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Generator geerdet ist. Hinweis Verwenden Sie ein Erdungskabel mit ausreichender Stromkapazität. - Durchmesser: 0,12 mm (0,005 in)/Ampere (z. B. 10 Ampere - 1,2 mm (0,055 in)). VERBINDUNGSHINWEISE - Verbinden Sie den Generator nicht mit einer kommerziellen Steckdose. - Verbinden Sie den Generator nicht parallel mit einem anderen Generator.
Page 8 MOTORSCHALTER - Der Motorschalter steuert das Zündsystem. “ON” (Lauf) - Das Zündsystem ist eingeschaltet. Der Motor kann gestartet werden. “OFF” (Stopp) - Das Zündsystem ist ausgeschaltet. Der Motor läuft nicht. ENGINE SWITCH STOP WIRTSCHAFTSREGELUNGSSCHALTER Wenn der Wirtschaftsregelungsschalter auf “ON” gestellt wird, regelt die Wirtschaftseinheit die Motordrehzahl entsprechend der angeschlossenen Last.
Page 9 DC PROTECTOR TANKDECKEL LUFTENTLÜFTUNGSKNOPF Der Tankdeckel ist mit einem Luftentlüftungsknopf ausgestattet, um den Kraftstofffluss zu stoppen. Der Luftentlüftungsknopf muss einmal im Uhrzeigersinn von der geschlossenen Position gedreht werden. Dadurch kann Kraftstoff zum Vergaser fließen und der Motor läuft. Wenn der Motor nicht in Betrieb ist, drehen Sie den Luftentlüftungsknopf gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis er handfest ist, um den Kraftstofffluss zu stoppen.
Page 10 VOR BETRIEBSPRÜFUNG HINWEIS: - Vor jeder Verwendung des Generators sollten Vorbetriebsprüfungen durchgeführt werden. KRAFTSTOFFPRÜFUNG: - Stellen Sie sicher, dass ausreichend Kraftstoff im Tank ist. - Wenn der Kraftstoff knapp ist, füllen Sie mit bleifreiem Benzin nach. - Verwenden Sie das Kraftstofffiltersieb am Kraftstofffilterhals. - Empfohlener Kraftstoff: Bleifreies Benzin.
Page 11 - Wischen Sie verschütteten Kraftstoff gründlich ab, bevor Sie den Motor starten. - Halten Sie offene Flammen fern. MOTORÖL PRÜFEN Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Motoröl den oberen Füllstand des Öleinfülllochs erreicht. Fügen Sie bei Bedarf Öl hinzu. - Entfernen Sie den Öleinfülldeckel und prüfen Sie den Ölstand. - Wenn der Ölstand unterhalb der unteren Markierung liegt, füllen Sie mit geeignetem Öl bis zur oberen Markierung auf.

Page 14 ÖLWECHSEL - Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene Fläche und wärmen Sie den Motor einige Minuten lang auf. Schalten Sie den Motor aus und drehen Sie den Kraftstoffhahn auf “AUS”. Drehen Sie den Luftentlüftungsknopf am Tankdeckel im Uhrzeigersinn. - Lösen Sie die Schraube und entfernen Sie die Abdeckung. - Entfernen Sie den Öleinfülldeckel.
Page 15 - Füllen Sie Motoröl bis zur oberen Markierung auf. - Installieren Sie den Öleinfülldeckel und die Abdeckung. - Installieren Sie die Abdeckung und ziehen Sie die Schraube fest. - Empfohlenes Motoröl: (siehe Seite 1) - API Service “SJ”. HINWEIS: - Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Fremdkörper in das Kurbelgehäuse gelangen.

Page 28 circuit protector turn off. DC PROTECTOR FUEL TANK CAP AIR VENTKNOB The fuel tank cap is provided with an air vent knob to stop fuel flow. The air vent knob must be turned once clockwise from the closed position. This will allow fuel to flow to the carburetor and the engine to run. When the engine is not in use, tighten the air vent knob counterclockwise until it is finger-tight to stop fuel flow.
Page 29 PRE-OPERATION CHECK NOTE: - Pre-operation checks should be made each time the generator is used. CHECK ENGINE FUEL - Make sure there is sufficient fuel in the tank. - If fuel is low, refill with unleaded automotive gasoline. - Be sure to use the fuel filter screen on the fuel filter neck. - Recommended fuel: Unleaded gasoline.
Page 30 CHECK ENGINE OIL Make sure the engine oil is at the upper level of the oil filler hole. Add oil as necessary. - Remove oil filler cap and check the engine oil level. - If oil level is below the lower level line, refill with suitable oil to upper level line.

Page 33 - Pull the starter handle slowly until resistance is felt. This is the Compression point. Return the handle to its original position and pull swiftly. Do not fully pull out the rope. After starting, allow the starter handle to return to its original position while still holding the handle. Grasp the carrying handle firmly to prevent the generator from fall- ing over when pulling the recoil starter.
Page 34 CAUTION: - Be sure the electric apparatus is turned off before plugging in. - Be sure the total load is within generator rated output. - Be sure the socket load current is within socket rated current. - The economy control switch must be turned to OFF when using electric devices that require a large starting current, such as a compressor or a submergible pump.
Page 35 OVERLOAD INDICATOR LIGHT The overload indicator light comes on when an overload of a connected electrical device is detected, the inverter unit overheats, or the AC output voltage rises. The electronic breaker will then activate, stopping power to the generation in order to protect the generator and any connected electric devices.

Page 41 ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT - Place the machine on a level surface and warm up the engine for several minutes. Then stop the engine and turn the fuel cock knob to OFF. Turn the fuel tank cap air vent knob clockwise. - Loosen the screw and remove the cover.
