3 DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
The iMilkNano panel, together with the InterPuls MMC or HFS sensors, is a device that manages every part
of the milking routine designed especially for milking small ruminants.
All settings can be set in a wide range of configurations. Moreover, the iMilkNano can automatically manage
control of the various devices connected to the milking station, like feed-in-parlour, etc.
The system with MMC production sensor can measure quantities of produced milk with an error of less than
5%, conductivity and temperature (for goat and sheep milking systems with lower flows from 0 to 5 l/min); it
is also suitable for low genetic cow systems with maximum flows of 7 l/min with an average measuring error
of 5%.
The system with HFS sensor can control detachment at the end of milking by flow or by time.
The iMilkNano, together with the optional iController panel, can communicate with the other panels, receiving
and sending the commands required for the milking operations, for the gates and for washing. The
parameters can be configured with the PC on the entire system or simultaneously on one or more panels,
thereby speeding up the system start-up operations.
General features
iMilkNano is composed of the measurement sensor, the control board and a screen with push-button panel
(Nano Display) that provides clear feedback on the operations in progress.
All the main operations are managed from a button on the screen or from a remote button, if applicable. The
panel provides feedback on its status directly through the LEDs and the screen; there are also the terminals
that the remote LEDs can be connected to.
There must be at least one iController panel to manage the centralised controls and to start the system
Within a system with iMilkNano there must always be at least one iController panel from where it is possible
to program the iMilkNano panels and send centralised commands.
