4.3.3.2
When the operator tries to start milking an animal with a milking lock, the panel shows the lock on.
It is nevertheless possible to milk the animal by pressing the button again. The same procedure is required if
the AUTOSTART control of the cylinder is used where the button needs to be pressed again or
AUTOSTART needs to be activated again.
The same principle is valid if the operator tries to milk an animal that is not included in the Dairy
Management software. In this case the panel displays
registered as a reminder.
It is nevertheless possible to milk the animal by pressing the button again. The same procedure is required if
the AUTOSTART control of the cylinder is used where the button needs to be pressed again or
AUTOSTART needs to be activated again.
NOTE
It does not need to be pressed again if the parameter is set on quick milking).
4.3.3.3
In the first part of an automatic milking session, the iMilkNano panel does not control the milk flow until the
neutral time elapses; at the end, as soon as the flow falls below the set level, the panel starts counting the
final time and the LEDs begin to flash green.
If the end of the final countdown is reached, the panel starts the detachment operations and milking ends.
If the flow returns above the cut-off level during the final delay count, the panel stops the final countdown, the
LEDs stop flashing and milking continues.
During the final time, the milker can decide to switch to manual milking by pressing the button and then
continuing with milking even if the flow drops below the detachment level.
NOTE
When the neutral time expires, the iMilkNano allows a milk flow lower than the detachment
flow by setting this flow as a minimum flow after neutral time. If the milk flow returns to the
level after the neutral time elapses, the minimum flow after neutral time is not considered;
when this happens only the detachment flow affects the detachment moment.
This parameter is useful for particularly hard animals or for animals with little pre-milking
preparation.
