ISDN QSIG Call Diversion Notification allows the Meridian 1 to provide
notification to the originating calling party and forwarded-to (diverted) party
when a call is forwarded over an ISDN QSIG private network. With this
feature, call diversion is invoked by the following triggers:
• Call Forwarding Busy (CFB) - the called set is in use
