System reports can be printed or viewed on your screen. You request these
reports through the System Reports screen.
Note: Several system reports allow you to specify the range of the report.
Examples are the Supervisor Database Report, Agent Database Report, and
ACD Group Database Report.

• Graphic Format Database Report
• Tabular Format Database Report
• List Definition Database Report
• Spectrum Definition Database Report
1. From the display window, select Reports / System
Reports.
2. Identify the report.
a. From the System Reports screen, click on the drop down box arrow.
Select your report from the list of options.
b. If prompted for additional information, select from your list of options.
c. Select report destination.
3 Print the report.
a. Select the File / Print option (or press Print button on toolbar).
4. Exit to CC MIS Main menu.
