Step 1 Attach the lid handle (#1) and hanger (#14) to the lid (#3) with (2) M6 x 15 screws (BB) and (2) M6 washers (II), then attach the air vent (#2) to the lid (#3) with (1) M5 x 12 screw (AA), (1) M5 nut (DD) and (1) M5 washer (HH) as illustrated.
