2018 Chevy Equinox Installation Guide
This guide will show the proper way to install a Dual-Vision XC4 Camera in a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Please
review the Installation Guidelines for grounding and making connections prior to installing. In this guide
you will find dash removal, wire locations, & mounting locations.
This guide is for Push to Start vehicles only!
After testing and verifying power wires, disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent any
accidental shorts or blown fuses
Verify no vehicle service lights are on prior to installation. Contact a Fleet Manager immediately if the
vehicle has any damage

    2018 Chevy Equinox Installation Guide Step 1 - Dash Removal: • Using a panel tool, pry the shifter trim panel off (A) • Use a T-15 bit and remove the two screws securing the center panel (B) Panels in this vehicle are extremely tight. Use extreme caution when removing vehicle panels. If temperatures are below 40 degrees make sure to warm the vehicle up by running the defrost to avoid panel damage.
