Error Code
An error code is a 3-digit code recorded as an error log when an error occurs.
You can check the code in the following locations.

Error send report
Error codes for fax jobs

Job logs in the system status screen

If <Incorrect size/setting> Appears
The message appears when the paper size specified in <Drawer 1>, <Drawer 2>*, or <Multi-Purpose Tray> in the <Paper Settings>
menu is different from the size of the paper loaded in the multi-purpose tray. If the message appears, perform the following
operations.
* Cassette 2 (optional) can be used only for MF8350Cdn.
Change the <Paper Settings> menu according to the size of the loaded paper.
After canceling a job, see "Setting a Paper Size and Type" (→P.2-16), and then change <Paper Settings>.
IMPORTANT
For a print job
Check that the paper size setting is correct also in a computer.
Loading paper of the size specified in the <Paper Settings> menu
See "Loading Paper" (→P.2-9) and reload the paper specified in the <Paper Settings> menu.
Printing from the multi-purpose tray/manual feed slot
When <Register Default Set.> is set to <Off> for the multi-purpose tray, load paper in the multi-purpose tray/manual feed slot, and
then specify the size of the loaded paper correctly.
