Proceed as follows.
Press key (B) to stop the cooking cycle and

disable the appliance. The indicator light (P)
comes on.
Press key (D). The hour value on the display

(A) will start to fl ash.
Press key (F) or (G) to increase or decrease

the value, until the required value is ob-
tained.
Press key (D) to save the new value displayed.

The value of the minutes on the display (A)
will start to fl ash.
Press key (F-G) to increase or decrease the

value, until the required value is obtained.
Press key (D) to save the new value displayed.

After a few seconds the appliance switches to
stand-by mode.
This procedure is used to set a temperature
threshold at which a buzzer is triggered.
Proceed as follows.
Press key (C) to start the oil heating stage and

display (A) the cooking temperature.
Press keys (F-G) to increase or decrease the

value displayed (30÷190°C).
Wait for about 4 seconds for the new set val-
3)
ue to be saved.
Press (F and G) at the same time to display
4)
(A) the oil temperature in the cooking well.
NOTE: During the cooking cycle, the
value on the display (A) fl ashes if the tem-
perature of the oil in the well is lower than
the one set, whereas it is steady if the tem-
perature is equal to or above the set level.
