Field/Item Description
Server Name/IP Type the Host Name or IP Address of the Active Directory Services server into this field.
Select if the Host Name or IP Address is that of an Active Directory, Microsoft Windows
NT 4.0 Domain or Workgroup.
Note:
Workgroup/Domain Type the Workgroup or Domain Name into this field. Select whether it is a Workgroup,
Name WINNT Domain or Active Directory from the dropdown menu.
Note:
Organizational Unit Type the Organizational Unit into this field. An Organizational Unit is the container you
use to create structure within a domain. (Optional)
Admin Name Type the Administrator's User Name.
Admin Password Type the Administrator's Password.
Confirm Password Confirm the Administrator's Password by re-typing it into this field.
Apply Button To save changes, left click the Apply button

That the secondary Server Name/IP is optional.
The pre-windows 2000 domain name is an optional field.
