Once any one of the condition specified for the graceful shutdown is met in the UPS, the
StorTrends boxes log this information, post an event to the ManageTrends event log and
trigger an automatic graceful shutdown of the boxes. This process ensures that all the
data in the Write-Back caches are flushed to disk before shutting off. Thus the StorTrends
boxes guarantee the reliable performance of the boxes without any data loss.
