Place pickets inside
bottom rail one by one

Use a scrap wood block
to protect stakes. Check
for level every few taps.
Leave 1.5" of the stake
exposed if you would
like to raise the panel as
shown in the next step.

Use part (F) to raise panels
off the ground as shown.
