Correcting Linear Output Values
Discrepancies may occur between the linear output current (or voltage) values set on
the Amplifier Unit and the actual current (or voltage) values measured due to the condi-
tions for the connected external device or other factors. The linear output correction
function can be used to correct this discrepancy.
The output values are corrected by entering the correction value for the current or volt-
age values for any two points.
Set the monitor focus function and select either current or voltage output beforehand.
p. 81
This section uses a current output as an example. Change the values in this example
for voltage output as necessary.
