The following items are possible by issuing Explicit messages to a DeviceNet
slave connected before the wireless slave station from the PLC and PC on the
DeviceNet network to which the wireless master station is connected.
• DeviceNet slave parameter settings/reference
• Commands issued to the DeviceNet slave
The transmission method for Explicit messages is shown below.
By installing a relay class that relays messages to the wireless master and
slave stations, specifying the relay destination node to the relay class with an
Instance ID, and specifying the relay service with a Service Code, the value
set to the Service Data area is relayed.
