    SECTION V - CARE & MAINTENANCE OVERVIEW WARNING Before starting cleaning procedures, make certain to put on eye protection, a mask, and puncture-resistant nitrile gloves. Prior to performing any maintenance, proper precautions should be taken to reduce the possibility of contact with infectious substances.

    SECTION V - CARE & MAINTENANCE DAILY MAINTENANCE FLUSH VACUUM PLUMBING SYSTEM Before the system is turned off at the end of the day, it is recommended that the hoses in the operatory be flushed with fresh water and vacuum system cleaner. Just before turning off the vacuum, rinse lines first with hot water– approximately one (1) quart through each high-volume line and a few ounces through each saliva ejector line.

    SECTION V - CARE & MAINTENANCE MONTHLY MAINTENANCE CLEAN WATER RECIRCULATOR Clean the water recirculator one (1) or two (2) times per month, depending on workload. NOTICE Failure to use the water recirculator cleaner as directed (sample included with recirculator) will VOID the manufacturer's warranty! To clean water recirculator: Turn the vacuum pump OFF.
