When installing:
• For wireless WAN card with two antenna cables: ensure that you connect the orange cable to
the main connector, and the blue cable to the auxiliary connector.
• For wireless WAN card with four antenna cables: ensure that you connect the orange cable to
the main connector, the blue cable to the auxiliary connector, the white and grey cable to the M1
connector, and the black and grey cable to the M2 connector.

Thermal fan and heatsink assembly

Follow the instructions to replace the thermal fan and heatsink assembly.
For access, remove these FRUs in order:
• "ThinkPad Pen Pro (for ThinkPad L13 2-in-1 Gen 5 only)" on page 62
• "Base cover assembly" on page 63
Step 1. Remove the thermal fan and heatsink assembly as shown below.
