    4.1 Hinweise in der Betriebsanleitung beachten Lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung vor der Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch, selbst dann, wenn Sie bereits über Erfahrungen mit KERN-Waagen verfügen. 4.2 Ausbildung des Personals Das Gerät darf nur von geschulten Mitarbeitern bedient und gepflegt werden.

    Die Waage ist so aufzustellen, dass die Wägeplatte genau waagrecht steht. 6.3 Netzanschluss Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über das externe Netzgerät. Der aufgedruckte Spannungswert muss mit der örtli- chen Spannung übereinstimmen. Verwenden Sie nur KERN- Originalnetzgeräte. Die Verwendung anderer Fabrikate bedarf der Zustimmung von Kern. CKE/CDS-BA-d-1728...

    Vor Anschluss oder Trennen von Zusatzgeräten (Drucker, PC) an die Datenschnittstelle muss die Waage un- bedingt vom Netz getrennt werden. Verwenden Sie mit Ihrer Waage ausschließlich Zubehör und Peripheriegeräte von KERN, diese sind optimal auf Ihre Waage abgestimmt. 6.6 Erstinbetriebnahme Eine Anwärmzeit von 2 Stunden nach dem Einschalten stabilisiert die Messwerte.

    6.7 Justierung Da der Wert der Fallbeschleunigung nicht an jedem Ort der Erde gleich ist, muss jede Waage – gemäss dem zugrundeliegenden physikalischen Wägeprinzip – am Aufstellort auf die dort herrschende Fallbeschleunigung abgestimmt werden (nur wenn die Waage nicht bereits im Werk auf den Aufstellort justiert wurde). Dieser Jus- tiervorgang, muss bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme, nach jedem Standortwechsel sowie bei Schwankungen der Umgebungstemperatur durchgeführt werden.

    7.2.4 Hinterleuchtung der Anzeige Bei eingeschalteter Waage und Nullanzeige das Waagenmenue wie in Kapitel 1 beschrie- ben aufrufen. Mit der für das entsprechende Modell notwendigen Taste den Menuepunkt „Backlight“ auswählen. Mit der „YES“- Taste bestätigen, um die Hinterleuchtung dauerhaft einzuschalten. Durch Drücken der „NO“- Taste wird die Hinterleuchtung wieder abgeschal- tet.

    7.4 Schnittstelle RS 232C Datenausgabe über Schnittstelle RS 232C Allgemeines Voraussetzung für die Datenübertragung zwischen Waage und einem Peripheriegerät (z.B. Drucker, PC ...) ist, dass beide Geräte auf dieselben Schnittstellenparameter (z.B. Baudrate, Parität ...) eingestellt sind. 7.4.1 Es gibt 4 Arten der Datenausgabe über RS 232C Datenausgabe durch PRINT- Taste Der Druckvorgang kann mittels PRINT- Taste ausgelöst werden.

    Drucker Über die serielle Schnittstelle RS 232 kann ein Drucker angeschlossen werden. Im Ausdruck erscheint das Gewicht in Gramm. Im Zählmodus wird die Stückzahl oder die Gewichtsangabe ausgedruckt. Im Prozentmodus werden die Prozentanteile oder die Gewichtsangabe ausgedruckt. Der Ausdruck erfolgt auf Betätigung der PRINT- Taste. Mit dem Numerator kann jeder Ausdruck fortlaufend numeriert werden.

    The responsible user must define a suitable interval as well as type and scope of this test. Information is available on KERN’s home page (www.kern-sohn.com) with regard to the monitoring of balance test substances and the test weights required for this. Our accredited DKD calibration laboratory offers fast and inexpensive adjustment for test weights and weighing balances (reset to national normal weight).

    Before connecting or disconnecting of additional devices (printer, PC) to the data interface, always disconnect the balance from the power supply. With your balance, only use accessories and peripheral devices by KERN, as they are ideally tuned to your balance.

    6.7 Adjustment As the acceleration value due to gravity is not the same at every location on earth, each balance must be coordinated - in compliance with the underlying physical weighing principle - to the existing acceleration due to gravity at its place of location (only if the balance has not already been adjusted to the location in the factory). This adjustment process must be carried out during the initial start-up, after change in location and variation of surrounding temperature.

    7.4 Interface RS 232C Data output via interface RS 232C General Information The previous condition for the data transfer between balance and a peripherical device (e.g. printer, PC ...) is that the appliances are set to the same interface parameters (e.g. baud rate, parity ...). 7.4.1 There are 4 kinds of data output via RS 232C Data output using the PRINT key The printing process can be triggered by pressing the PRINT key.

    Printer The serial interface RS 232 facilitates the connection of a printer. The printout shows the weight in grams. In counting mode either the piece number or the weight details will be printed out. In percentage mode the percentage proportion or the weight details will be printed out. Printout will take place after pressing the PRINT key.

    L´alimentation en courant s´effectue au moyen du bloc externe d´alimentation secteur. La valeur de tension imprimée sur l´appareil doit concorder avec la tension locale. N´utilisez que des blocs d´alimentation secteur livrés par KERN. L´utilisation d´autres marques n´est possible qu´avec l´autorisation de KERN.

    Avant le raccordement ou le débranchement d´appareils supplémentaires (imprimante, PC) à l´interface de données, la balance doit impérativement être coupée du secteur. N´utilisez avec votre balance que des accessoires et des périphériques livrés par KERN, ces derniers étant adaptés de manière optimale à votre balance.

    6.7 Ajustage Etant donné que la valeur d´accélération de la pesanteur varie d´un lieu à l´autre sur la terre, il est nécessaire d´adapter chaque balance – conformément au principe physique fondamental de pesée – à l´accélération de la pesanteur du lieu d´installation (uniquement si la balance n´a pas déjà été ajustée au lieu d´installation en usine).
