1. MOUNTING

How to remove the cosmetic plates

Remove the top and bottom cosmetic plates from the front of the unit.

Use a flat-head screwdriver. Starting at one end of the cosmetic plate, insert the blade

of the screwdriver into each of the release points (indicated with gray arrows in the fig-

ure below), then gently twist the screwdriver until a "pop" sound is heard.

Note 1: To prevent damage to the cosmetic plate, release the plate from one end, then

work towards the opposite end. Releasing the plate in any other manner may

damage the plate and your TZT22X/24X.

Note 2: Do not use excessive force when removing the cosmetic plate. Use of exces-

sive force can damage the cosmetic plate and the unit itself.
