- Page 4 A M P R E S E A R C H B E D X T E N D E R H D ™ Enlarge hole in D-Pillar with 21/64” drill bit. Fasten the Quick Mount Bracket to the D-Pillar with one M8 Hex Bolt and Bracket Nut Plate Assembly.
- Page 5 A M P R E S E A R C H B E D X T E N D E R H D ™ BED X-TENDER ASSEMBLY Slide the center tube (With Amp logo) into the center Using template measure 7” from each end of the tube of the 3-tube assembly.
- Page 6 A M P R E S E A R C H B E D X - T E N D E R ™ BED X-TENDER ASSEMBLY – CONTINUED Attach plastic upright around the tube juncture, Tighten PT-Screws using a T-25 torx driver, starting in placing rubber bumpers into the two ends of the the middle of each upright, then the outer screws and upright.

Congratulations on your purchase of the AMP Research BEDXTENDER HD. Here’s what you need know... BEDXTENDER HD™ OPERATION With the tailgate open, place BEDXTENDER pivot pins into the left and right mounting brackets. Rotate to 45 until it drops into place, then lower onto the open tailgate.
